Current Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, Jennifer Pingel brings over 16 years of real estate management experience to the RMA Real Estate Services team. Jennifer’s responsibilities include tenant relations, budgeting & financial reporting, capital planning, tenant construction and all aspects of property operations. She creates high tenant retention by providing a high level of service and developing strong relationships. Jennifer is responsible for managing a portfolio of office and retail properties.

Past Experience

Prior to joining RMA Real Estate Services in 2023, Jennifer was a Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International managing portfolios of office, retail and industrial. Jennifer also holds a Minnesota real estate license and is a member of MSCA.
