RMA Real Estate Services Selected to Manage Historic R&S Crossing

RMA Real Estate Services has been selected to manage R&S Crossing, a historic mixed-use property located at the corner of Randolph Avenue and Snelling Avenue in Saint Paul.

In June 2026, RMA began managing the property, which features 28 apartments above street-level retail space. Built in 1925, R&S Crossing has long been a neighborhood landmark and is home to businesses including St. Patrick's Guild, Caron Chiropractic, Poke House & Tea Bar, Highland Eye Clinic and the newly signed Kumoo Cafe.

The opportunity grew from RMA's long-standing relationship with the ownership group, who already trusted the company with the management of other retail properties. R&S Crossing also marks RMA's first residential mixed-use property, bringing residential and retail management together within a single property.
